| Magneto Tester - St. Louis Electric Works |
| |
| This instrument is a faithful reproduction of the St. Louis Electric Works magneto tester circa 1916. It is quite likely the BEST magneto tester ever designed to perform an on-the-car test of the internal magneto used in the Model T. Simple hook up of this unit to the magneto post and ground allows a direct reading of the quality of the magneto REGARDLESS of engine speed. At last a really definitive way to determine if the magneto is putting out enough power to operate the Model T Ford coils.
No detail was omitted in making the closest possible duplicate to the original tester. With duplicated original cabinet and internal parts, this instrument is as beautiful as it is usefull. |
